Pros
- I highly recommend DataRails. The product is amazing, the support is industry best, and the responsiveness to customer preferences is incredible.
- Product is comprehensive and responsive. Support provided by our implementation partner was fantastic.
- DataRails is amazing at increasing the speed of analysis. It has helped us gain a very quick overview of our business and all the branches.
Cons
- The process of setting up the environment can be tedious and confusing.
- As someone who needs to teach this to others, it is hard to teach to someone who does not have some background with technology.
- The dashbaord functionality is very limited compared to tools such as Tableau.
Pros
- SUPERIOR PRODUCT - intuitive, compelling visualizations and ability to customize. SUPERIOR SUPPORT - Friendly, Enthusiastic & Knowledgeable - Ensures Resolution/Education.
- Other than that, I have been impressed with the KPI's and forecasting. It makes presenting financial reports engaging and fun.
- The software is very user friendly and saves time, it allows allows users/accountants to consolidate with ease and effectiveness.
Cons
- One of the frustrating features is that you cannot refresh multiple companies at the same time. It is not possible to import budgets in Syft.
- We paid a yearly subscription fee which included the Syft audit function, however a few months in we were told to pay additionally for this function.
- While I'm customizing reports in Syft I sometimes find things that need to be recategorized within QuickBooks, so I'll login to QuickBooks and quickly make that change.
