  • Pros

  • Dealer Center Software and the CRM seems easy to use and has good descriptions and is easy to follow. I love the mobile device and how you can send out bulk text and emails to your customers.
  • We are very pleased with the service and program we've been given, our DealerCenter rep has also been pleasant to work with. I've been in the car business for 47 years.
  • I love how DealerCenter's DMS is so easy to navigate. We stepped away from DealerCenter for a couple years and came back because it is better than anything else out there.
  • Cons

  • Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.
  • Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.
  • It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.

  • The customer service has been outstanding - responsiveness, knowledge, caring. It was everything we hoped for when we signed up.

  • I must have called everyday when we first got it and the reps were all so patient and helpful. When it all came together it was wonderful.

  • I'm not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions.
  • I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.
  • The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.
