Great wonderful comprehensive, all basic and advanced systems, posting systems is excellent will save us a lot of money.

I feel like this software has so many features...almost too many but when they are all mastered, I feel like it will be excellent.

It was only frustrating when I didn't know how to use it.

Forgetting my password and having to log in everyday can sometimes be annoying.

I love how DealerCenter's DMS is so easy to navigate. We stepped away from DealerCenter for a couple years and came back because it is better than anything else out there.

It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.

I like the customer service and help with the system.

After its all said and done I wish I would have spent the money to get a better quality system. The bare bones of the system is Ok but to get all the nice features there is upcharge after up charge.

I was referred to DealerCenter's DMS by a friend and i'm glad i did because it's so easy to use. Glad i didnt got with Frazier or V12.

I think the CRM is awesome and great that we can start entering customers by scanning driver licenses.

Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.

Dealer center allows us to communicate professionally, keep it visually stimulating, and be as effective as possible with clientelling.

Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.

Overall, our experience with DealerCenter has been great.

DealerCenter is extremely helpful and we love the fast book feature for the NADA, which Frazer doesn't offer easily.

You are restricted to the number of Auto check pulls based on your plan which can be a disappointing when looking for vehicles.

Dealer Center Software and the CRM seems easy to use and has good descriptions and is easy to follow. I love the mobile device and how you can send out bulk text and emails to your customers.

Ease of use , and integration to my other systems. Way better than cars for sale  unlimited options.

Horrible, SCAM, Wont cancel the account, charging double what agreed on.

This system integrates everything. It makes it easy to keep up with your clients and keep track of your inventory with ease.

I haven't used it too much yet but  I like the integration and ease to send to WestLake directly with ease.

Most of it is easy to use. Having all the emails and texts in one place, templates are great, sending photos and carfax all from a text is good.

Over all I'm extremely happy with the services we are receiving!!!! Thank you so much.

The connectors to other systems are very useful and it is just practical, not flashy and keeps delivering time saving year after year.

Critically Customer Support is non existent - the worst I have ever experienced for a paid product/service. Customer Support form link from the Saasu website was broken.

Easy management of all my business accounts at a good value price point.

Support has always been helpful. The soft ware is easy to use would recommend it to other businesses.

Pricing is simple and is affordable for small businesses like mine. Has all the key functionality I need including bank feeds which makes account reconciliations nice and easy.

There is a learning curve to go through  ... but no worse than any other accounting software. Handling of multiple currencies is a little tricky.

No warning emails were sent to the registered contact emails. Inactivation stopped me being able to re-subscribe & pay online; also stopped me being able to back-up my accounting data.

Mobile app is completely useless - need to learn from Xero in this department. Website layout should be centred so it's not crammed to the left on large/hi-res screens.

Excellent online help as well as customer service.

They will permanently delete all your info if you miss a payment.

I particularly like the ability to automate my recurring sales and expenses. For a business like mine this is very important.

Lot easier to use than other accounting programs and cost effective.

I have been using Saasu for a few businesses for years now and am very happy with the features, they keep improving it every year and it gets faster or easier every time.

Customisable dashboard is good for a quick over view of who owes you $, profitability, sales, etc. Built in task list - so you can track your to do's, or assign to other Saasu users.

Sent several emails to Service email - no responses received (it's 2 weeks and counting).

Cash-based financial accounting statements not available (only BAS GST cash-based statements), bank feeds integration is a pain if your received amount is not exactly the invoiced amount.

Innovative, reliable software which gets the job done. More functionality than I can poke a stick at with great support to boot.

There is no way to quickly list all the invoices written to different people in the same company.

Great functionality + experience, though the interface can be overly complicated/engineered.

They will delete your file if you miss a payment. They are basically cruel people.

We at Truppr love Saasu for it's strong accounting features, comprehensive reports, unique cashflow forecaster, and an unlimited amount of users available on all plans.

Excellent to have and probably worth adopting Saasu for this feature alone. Integration - We haven't needed this yet, but apparently it has a comprehensive API so it can link to most other software.
