My new rep was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me today.

The support team helps me a lot resolving my issues.

Great wonderful comprehensive, all basic and advanced systems, posting systems is excellent will save us a lot of money.

Support (Representative) was great helping me sign up with dms oap crm experian.

I feel like this software has so many features...almost too many but when they are all mastered, I feel like it will be excellent.

We are very pleased with the service and program we've been given, our DealerCenter rep has also been pleasant to work with. I've been in the car business for 47 years.

It was only frustrating when I didn't know how to use it.

Forgetting my password and having to log in everyday can sometimes be annoying.

I love how DealerCenter's DMS is so easy to navigate. We stepped away from DealerCenter for a couple years and came back because it is better than anything else out there.

It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.

I like the customer service and help with the system.

After its all said and done I wish I would have spent the money to get a better quality system. The bare bones of the system is Ok but to get all the nice features there is upcharge after up charge.

I was referred to DealerCenter's DMS by a friend and i'm glad i did because it's so easy to use. Glad i didnt got with Frazier or V12.

I think the CRM is awesome and great that we can start entering customers by scanning driver licenses.

Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.

Dealer center allows us to communicate professionally, keep it visually stimulating, and be as effective as possible with clientelling.

Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.

Overall, our experience with DealerCenter has been great.

DealerCenter is extremely helpful and we love the fast book feature for the NADA, which Frazer doesn't offer easily.

You are restricted to the number of Auto check pulls based on your plan which can be a disappointing when looking for vehicles.

Dealer Center Software and the CRM seems easy to use and has good descriptions and is easy to follow. I love the mobile device and how you can send out bulk text and emails to your customers.

Ease of use , and integration to my other systems. Way better than cars for sale  unlimited options.

Horrible, SCAM, Wont cancel the account, charging double what agreed on.

I love the ease of use and convenience of not having to download it on a work comp.

The training w/ rep. was amazing and i can't wait to save money with dealer center.

This system integrates everything. It makes it easy to keep up with your clients and keep track of your inventory with ease.

I haven't used it too much yet but  I like the integration and ease to send to WestLake directly with ease.

Most of it is easy to use. Having all the emails and texts in one place, templates are great, sending photos and carfax all from a text is good.

The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.
