Pros
- Even though its a newer company, we love Divvy. Their customer service and support teams always do their best to make it a comfortable process for all users.
- I love how easy it is to create, update budgets, add categories for better accounting. Really love the rewards page and how clear everything is.
- I love the transparency and opportunity to have a real time look into your company's spending and the ability to code and sync directly into QuickBooks.
Cons
- We were waisting so much time with fraud issues with other cards.
- There are some features which are missing from the platform such as bulk receipt uploading and reporting features.
- She did end up in a little bit of a lurch due to my mistake and ended up having to do a reimbursement.
Pros
- Jason & Jen were great today helping me. I wish everyone had good customer service like this.
- They all seem to genuinely care about the customer, and you're left with the impression that they take great pride in helping their customers succeed.
- I would recommend this for any IT company looking for a great program at a wonderful price to help grow and move into the future.
Cons
- There are VERY limited reports, unable to scale a business with this software.
- This company has the worst customer service; we had used this software for 2 years now and it constantly has issues.
- Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.
