The people at Docyt have been very helpful. When I email them they get back to me within 24 hours and always have a fix to my issue. Too time consuming. It seems like I am doing things over & over... #### Cons I just feel so frustrated thought every month I send ALL my billing in & the next day they are asking for the papers I just sent them, & after all this time, shouldn't they have all the categories down by now? It is the same vendors basically every month. Plus, I also write all the categories on the paperwork. It was much easier when I did it myself in Quickbooks. It's just too time consuming on my part, not just the Docyt part, but also having to go into Quickbooks & fixing things in there also.
