Docyt has left a lasting impression on me. It is a strong and simple mobile app that allows me to view all of my papers and data from any location. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and easy solution to manage their data.

The smartphone app is simple to use and navigate, which was my favorite feature. Furthermore, the app is protected and encrypted, so you can rest assured that your information is secure.

Docyt continues to satisfy me. However, in the future, I would want to see the app become more responsive and feature-rich. I would also like to see the price reduced slightly.

The people at Docyt have been very helpful. When I email them they get back to me within 24 hours and always have a fix to my issue. I had a learning curve in the beginning and had a lot of questions and needed a lot of fixes and needed to have someone also communicate with my bookkeeper and they were always helpful.

Docyt came at a time when we were losing our previous functionality and Docyt operates the same way and with it's integration with online QB, It made it very simple to use

It is a little pricey but in the long run it is worth it as I need to not worry about how daily sales flow into quickbooks. Docyt does that for us.

I just feel so frustrated thought every month I send ALL my billing in & the next day they are asking for the papers I just sent them, & after all this time, shouldn't they have all the categories down by now? It is the same vendors basically every month. Plus, I also write all the categories on the paperwork. It was much easier when I did it myself in Quickbooks. It's just too time consuming on my part, not just the Docyt part, but also having to go into Quickbooks & fixing things in there also. I've told my boss how I feel about this program...Just takes up too much of my time I do not have.

Very positive experience. My main objective was to free our store managers from tedious daily bookkeeping duties and focus on growing our business. Docyt definitely aided us in allowing us to achieve that objective.

We have been using Docyt in our 9 UPS Stores for almost 3 years. It has freed our store managers from being bookkeepers and check writers and allows them much more time serving customers and training associates.

Since we were early adopters, there were minor bugs that we had to work through initially. However, the Docyt team worked through them with us to minimize the business impact.

There is a time delay when asking a question, because most of their personnel are overseas (I think). Ask a question today and get a reply the next day...

The support team at Docyt has been exceptional. They are responsive, experienced, and always ready to assist. Even if they do not know the answer right away, they are quick to work through issues and propose solutions. We had a couple of clients early on that were a mess and had substantial clean up. The Docyt team was instrumental in the clean up and catch up process and even handled a mid-year migration from QuickBooks Desktop with ease. By leveraging Docyt's capabilities, we have been able to scale our services efficiently and focus more on higher-fee accounting advisory services. Docyt truly is a game-changer for CPA firms and bookkeepers.

Currently, we still need to use QBO for the bank and credit card reconciliations, but I know the Docyt team is launching a new bank reconciliation feature to solve this.

Trial account then moved to a subscription model. It was quite smooth.

Overall, bank reconciliation on Docyt streamlined our complex process, reduced our manual effort, minimized errors, and provided our business with accurate and up-to-date financial information. We reduced some of our operating costs and eliminated a lot of the issues associated with manual back-office tasks.Mobile is a major plus.

When I have had questions and concerns, they answer them quickly. They are improving and fine tuning their services all the time. The genuinely care about their customers.

Submitting information is very easy via emails and taking pictures. You can set recurring payments up so they are automated. And the customer service is readily available.
