The product is easy to navigate, and the support has been responsive. It combined a lot of functionality that was previously distributed across different spreadsheets and apps. It allows us to unify everything from application, to classroom management, to grading, and communication. Also, the customer service has been top-notch and extremely responsive. Cons: Some features are limited, or not implemented in the way that would work best for our type of program, but customer service has been extremely helpful in doing things on the back end for us, and even taking our suggestions to the development team as feature requests. They helped us set up our educational enrichment program (classes, pod tutoring, and private tutoring) so that we could start using DreamClass for the second semester. DreamClass is definitely a learning curve for us, but it is a valuable tool. Reasons for switching to DreamClass Sawyer did not have the registration forms we wanted and the billing was too complicated for our program.
