"I like the Statement pay option where the cards on file are run automatically on a pre-determined date each month."

"We were with Moneris before and only switched due to the better deal and better platform."

"The costumer service is great once getting through."

"Ebiz would not reimburse us and refused to acknowledge responsibility. Although when I pointed out the issues on the call they acknowledged and were going to set up stricter controls but the merchant ended up closing our account a few days in as we submitted a claim to try to recover our lost product."

"I also observed that historical transaction information access takes time in peak use hence causes interruption of the time factor."

"Basically once the merchant shut down our account they refused to do anything to keep the relationship alive and it was easier to just close our account with them."
