Elorus helps me navigate the complex Greek accounting system by myself, providing all the bridges with the gov services. Easy to setup and use for my limited needs. Will probably take advantage more of the other features over time. All at a fair price.

I would appreciate if they integrated a wizard navigating me safer into which cost centres to pick base don my activities that correspond to the public accounting system...but then again that's what accountants are for.

First off: The customer service is awesome! Before I signed up Takis was super helpful in answering all my questions and definitely also a big reason why I decided to commit to Elorus. Elorus is easy to use and offers a plethora of features. Personally I only use the invoice creation and time tracking feature at the moment. The best thing for me, which makes Elorus stand out from other service providers I have tried, is the ability to assign different currencies to clients. Also the invoice templates are beautiful and easy to customize with lots of options. Tracking payments is also easy, clear and fun. I can thoroughly recommend Elorus to other freelancers.

There is only one thing I have to mention here, and that is the lack of "words" as a measurement unit for invoicing. As a translator we very often charge per word (source or target words) and without this option I have to wiggle my way around the existing measurement units to bill for words. This makes it awkward for me and for a less professional looking invoice position, so I hope that this will be added to the units very soon!

The best for me is the 5 customers free plan and it is a web-based software which i have access from everywhere even from my phone. I can create an invoice on the go and i can send it through email.

Pretty good tool especially for really small businesses who need a quick, clean and less costly way of organizing and issuing their invoices online instead of handwritten.

I liked the online invoicing (direct communication with official government authorities included) which helped me get rid of manual paper invoicing and mailing of hand-written invoices. I liked the reporting and keeping track of income/expenses.

Sometimes it is a bit hard to find what you need in the menu. You need to search a lot or go to the help pages. The lack of ability to delete non-critical invoices (invoices for internal use) is a bit frustrating. Also the lack of ability to issue such invoices (for internal use) out of order. I don't find a reason why not be able to do that. I would like to organize my old invoices (handwritten) into elorus and I am forced to import them one-by-one from the beginning. (I liked to import them month-by-month starting from the most recent month and going back).
