Very responsive and helpful support. Overall Emburse has allowed us to feel comfortable issuing cards to key employees that regularly spend on the company's behalf.

This does exactly what we need it to do for a very reasonable cost. Far easier to get setup and running than their competitors.

Reporting capabilities were great. Speed of deployment was quick and customer service repose time was also very good.

Servers Down Constantly Lead to Failures in Purchases.

If I had one “complaint” it would be that I didn’t discover this sooner.

I was able to easily pre-fund my account. When they closed our account unexpectedly, they did refund our payment quickly.

We have had a couple fraudulent transactions that we could not pursue legally due to the lack of merchant info provided.

We found this out when a transaction declined and then we were unable to log in, and reached out to a rep. No communication, even an automated email, informed us.

Great product, easy to use and implement, easy to train users.

Different people brought in on the project that are new and lack the understanding. The managing of the key items, waiting and then the back and forth on how.

No built-in cash flow report makes cash flows a tedious process each month.

They also have excellent customer support. Response times are quick, and their support staff is well trained and knowledgeable.

I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

I have been unable to attend a user meeting as traveling to Canada is difficult and costly from Texas.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The buying process and the implementation process were good. It is operating effectively.

Emburse Cards is a cloud-based corporate card solution, which helps businesses issue virtual and physical credit/debit cards, set spending rules and adjust budgets and policies in real-time. Features include role-based permissions, mobile data capture, approval workflows, automatic expense categorization, analytics and reporting. 


The application enables accountants to recognize out-of-policy transactions and permit employees to pay back or reimburse amount from personal fund. Employees can send purchase requests along with the required amount and reason, letting administrators track user's purchase activity and assign a budget accordingly. The solution automatically detects fraudulent purchases and deactivate stolen or missing cards. Additionally, supervisors can send email notifications to members for pending tasks and enforce restrictions on expenses. 


Emburse Cards offers integration with various third-party applications such as QuickBooks, Netsuite, Intacct, Okta and more. It is available on monthly subscriptions and per user basis and support is provided via email, phone and documentation.
