SpringAhead is super easy to use, navigate, approvals are easy too, and has the reporting we need for project based time keeping.

They made no changes to the software in the 6 years that we used them.

Ability to save and submit time sheet as many time I want. User friendly interface.

Very easy to configure, relatively inexpensive, syncs with QuickBooks.

We do not use all of SpringAhead's features, but what we do use is easy to grasp and put into practice.

The ability to provide detailed data on projects. The exportation of time cards into QuickBooks software.

Extremely easy to use for people of all technical abilities. The ability to attach receipts for expense tracking is great.

Springahead has ZERO customer service, and I cannot get them to stop charging me, even though I canceled months ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM for total lack of customer support.

Also, the permission levels are horrible, basically non-existent.

I don't understand how to use their pay rates, etc. I tried to set them up for our hourly employees, but I did something wrong.

The responders will only work with appointments that are very limited. The biggest challenge is with the high turnover of the technical staff  to whom our company was assigned.

The functionality is quite good. The integration with QB is good but there is little customer support that can provide truly good instruction for the initial setup and actual implementation.

Another nice future is also, that overtime is tracked separately, given that 8 hours is the regular timeline to work, so you can see how many hours OT you have.

I like the ability to customize projects with tasks so there is a detailed understanding of where a project stands.

Sometimes have had sync problems, reporting is a little limited.

Very easy to input time, job tasks are relatively easy to find.

The integration with QuickBooks is flawless. SpringAhead is a good stable but very basic software that you can rely on.

Vastly decreased our payroll efforts and increased accuracy. Customer service is one of the best I've ever dealt with.

With many different jobs or time tracking categories, it can get cluttered and confusing when trying to use the drop-down menu.

I recently changed to a different product. The customer service was sorely lacking from inception to the time I cancelled my subscription.

Reports are easy to obtain. Users like the web based timekeeping.

The ease of use (as an administrator and end user) is fantastic.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

Ultimately the best value provided by Striven is their personnel. The customer service of Striven is excellent.

Many other products require you to buy additional items to get more features. Having the project management / time tracking system live in the same place as a full accounting product is a *huge* help.

Their customer support team has real people responding to your questions and they have great response time and are always happy to help.

The different departments worked very well together to pass along information that had been given so that our company did not have to constantly repeat information for the integration.
