Enablon - EHS Management Software of Choice

Very pleased with the overall software. Able to move from Excel sheets for tracking of project statuses to a formalized documentation that allows for tracking to closure and providing updates that all are able to view - that is also real-time data.

PROS

The ability to build out the features needed with wording specific to our industry needs from a solid foundational program that can be built out as needed with additional features whenever deemed ready for implementation.

CONS

As with any "new" software program, management of change and teaching of end users does take time.

Reasons for switching to EHS Management Software

The Riskonnect tool features did not meet our needs and the buildout did not meet our timeline requirements determined by the team.

Large Business Software

PROS

Many options for customization. Reports and dashboard are extensive. Mobile app is great for staff to report incidents. Integrated system to capture information from all modules. Cut down at least 25% of time spent on monthly and quarterly reporting. The support is fantastic. Quick detailed responses to get you back on track if you have questions.

CONS

Cost. This is a 6 figure annual costing system. For large organizations this might be affordable but there are many other smaller systems that can do the same thing.
