As the only vendor at the time which integrated with our Vertafore product I initially felt captive in selecting them, but they are a delight to work with and our customers love it as well.

It did take several days for us to know that an ACH transfer was denied because of non-sufficient funds.

The system is easy to use and if you need to void a payment or make a change, the system is pretty easy. The few times I have spoken to customer support they have been able to assist quickly.

With Washington's stay home and stay healthy we spend a lot of time working from home. This is an easy way to help certain types of accounts (agency bill) to invoice them and they can pay for it.

We signed on with ePay just a month ago, and the turnaround time from when we signed the contract to when we were able to accept our first payment was extremely quick.

When setting up recurring payments there is no ability to edit anything. It is either what you set up or cancel it and start over.

The system and process is extremely user friendly. Moreover, the support (when needed) has been prompt and always helpful.

Great product and easy to use. The cost of doing business monthly has been minimal.

The overall ease of use is great for both our staff and our customers. And I love when our MGAs/Brokers use it for allowing us to see our open invoices with them and pay those premiums quickly online.

Sometimes we need to send refunds to clients, and I have to hand write checks which I hate because it is time consuming.

It does not pull from our client manager either. So insurers who have endorsements have to cancel and set up their payments again.

EPayPolicy is such a user friendly software. I love that a customer and take care of a transaction in minutes and we don't have to wait for a paper check to arrive weeks later in the mail.

They have a very straight forward website and as the admin, it is easy to look back at previous transactions to find things. I also like that so many other companies use them to process payments.

The features, integration, ease of use, and savings have taken my agency to another level. The fact that we can take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at no cost to us is amazing.

Our experience has been all positive. Any issue is resolved in a timely manner and most importantly our clients appreciate the ease of use.

EPay Policy does a fantastic job of creating a payment portal for your agency to use in order to handle payments easily for clients. It will integrate with most AMS allowing for easier bookkeeping.

And now with COVID-19 our company is so happy we have this set up to receive payments when we are all working remotely.

Ease of implementation and continued use of the program has been fantastic, and the timeliness of the customer's payments getting routed to us is quick. I'm quite happy with ePayPolicy.

The epaypolicy is a very easy app and usefull accept four big credit cards and make the transactions very quick and secure the experience so far is perfect.

So far great had a few clients take advantage of the service made it super simple to get the business in a safe way the clients trusts.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
