The need to go back & forth between Ignite and blue screens is a pain.

This incredible software is user friendly for any level employee.

The Windows UI is nice improvement over the old blue screen of ERALink/Access.

We use era ignite for the service part of the dealership. Great for service advisors to put in their ROs and what work has been done on the vehicle.

You pay for alot of features that should be included for the price you are already paying. Requires alot of on site server hardware.

The blue screen is a little tough to learn and the software is Expensive and if you go over the amount of licensed users you have to pay more.

Someone needs to be willing to take the time to train me on the system. Way to difficult to use.

What we did like about using the Reynolds and Reynolds system was that it was fairly user friendly and a pretty basic system.

I have been satisfied ececpt the annual cost of living increases of 4% annually and the legnyh of the contract.

The fact that we are being forced to change to this product, when they still have so many bugs to work out of it is very frustrating.

The features are endless once you're fully trained on ERA-IGNITE. Reporting is great and it integrates well with many other solutions, especially Reynolds & Reynolds solutions.

Interactive with participants and very useful when used correctly and updated promptly.

Ignite is moving in the right direction toward a windows based system. It is very detailed and has the ability to save time and increase efficiency.

I love Reynolds and Reynolds. You can keep all your leads and prospect in the system for follow ups.

In order to use it you MUST take training courses in the program. If you have used it before that could be annoying.

I like the that the product is a windows based version. That really helps with multitasking.

I dislike the interface. It is extremely outdated and needs to be modernized to keep up with the quickly changing industry.

The product helps me do things quicker than previous software so the customers are not stuck waiting. The electronic signature is the best part.

Excellent way beyond just using an Excel spreadsheet to track lot inventory as well as other aspects of running the dealership.

Reynolds and Reynolds is a good product just a little out-dated but overall pretty good, easy to use easy to learn and navigate.

We use Reynolds for our DMS and love how easy it is to use and how it intregrates with our CRM. Very easy to read reports.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.

It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.

I love Paypal because it is so easy to use and super compatible with anyone regardless of where they live.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

Also the great security they provided to ensure safety of our money is excellent. I realy love to use PayPal as my online payment method and highly recommend to anyone without any second thought.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
