Exact Globe Next is a business management solution that offers accounting, inventory management, billing and invoicing and financial reporting features. This ERP solution can be deployed either on-premise on a local server, or as a hosted solution in the cloud. It is also compatible with iPhone, iPad and Android.
Exact Globe Next notifies users whenever there is an action item needing attention and lets them communicate updated information. The solution allows managers to designate certain levels of access rights to each employee. This helps them to check on projects and updates available on the dashboard in real-time. It also allows users create dashboards for costs, revenues, liquidity, results and risk management
Exact Globe Next enables users to automate the recurring events and send triggers to employees to take actions. It is also capable of supporting multiple currencies and languages.

Basic accounting software
Exact does what it says on the tin. It tracks your accounts. Great features are the ability to automatically send your VAT returns to the Dutch Belastingdienst, and the bank account integration with e.g. ABN Amro.
Adding advanced finance features, such as receipt scanning software, isn't available or needs to be sourced externally. Budgeting is clunky.Review Source: Capterra

What I like most about this software if how it sets up your company for success. Its structure holds users accountable and "forces" the correct steps to be taken, in the correct order. Shortcuts can sometimes lead to mistakes and I think this program is built to lessen if not eliminate those issues.
What I like least about the software was the initial setup. While not necessarily Exact's fault, how much extra info is needed for every piece is daunting. Example: ever single part/ingredient/item needs multiple defining codes and/or "locations". When parsing info, it's useful, but going from not needed that info in precious software and having to learn (plus enter) new codes, was not fun.Review Source: Capterra

Functional interface and great support
Support is usually very prompt at getting back to us. Interface may not be the most intuative but is very usable and works for what you need.
Some of the features are a little bit dated, but that is to be expected with lots of ERP software. Because of limited usage in the wild, hard to intigrate with some other applications.Review Source: Capterra

Reliable and user-friendly accounting and controlling tool
Easily editable set-up: chart of accounts, vendors, clients can be defined to a high level of detail, including payment data, offsetting accounts, VAT reporting. Usability of the interface is to be acclaimed - intuitive features like establishing favourite transactions, just clicking on the item to get to the bottom-level.
The fact that setting up some features blocks other features, e.g. deciding to use certain journal types blocks comprehensive VAT reporting.
