  • Pros

  • The customer service has been outstanding - responsiveness, knowledge, caring. It was everything we hoped for when we signed up.
  • From [SENSITIVE CONTENT], the experience has been great. Everyone we have worked with has been very responsive and has helped to make sure my team and I understand why we are doing what we are doing.
  • I must have called everyday when we first got it and the reps were all so patient and helpful. When it all came together it was wonderful.
  • Cons

  • I'm not sure why someone would also check the box to deny access on an individual level, when the box is already checked to deny access per the group permissions.
  • I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.
  • The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.

  • The best part about QuickBooks was that it was online and we had the ability to work even though we were not on the office premises and it allowed us to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.
  • I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
  • Cons

  • If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.
  • It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
  • I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike about this software.
