La possibilità di avere in un unico portale preventivi, fatture, invio mail e invio al SDI è molto comodo. Tramite le mail posso anche controllare se i documenti inviati sono stati letti oppure no ed eventualmente rimediare con mail ordinaria (ho scoperto che alcuni antivirus non permettono lo scarico delle mail con allegato se arrivano dai portali internet) L'assistenza è fantastica, sia per le guide molto esplicative che per la disponibilità dei tecnici che rispondono in chat. No incentive was offered ATTENZIONE AL COSTO E CONTENUTO LICENZE! - ASSISTENZA INESISTENTE Ho un account con più aziende configurate, ieri scadeva la licenza di una di queste, errore mio rinnovo l'azienda sbagliata "va beh" ho pensato li contatto e me la spostano al volo. Sono cliente da quando sono nati, ma quest'anno hanno veramente toccato il fondo. Auguratevi di non aver MAI bisogno realmente di assistenza perchè non ne avrete MAI! solo risposte di circostanza sono passate più di 24 ore da quando ho esposto la problematica... Ma il bello viene ora, dopo 6 anni che rinnovo lo stesso piano PREMUM PLUS che al suo interno poteva gestire 3000 documenti con l'attuale rinnovo ne gestisce solo 800 perchè si sono inventati un piano chiamato COMPLETE al quale hanno trasferito i limiti documentali e di magazzino della storica premium plus (licenza che già ha quasi raddoppiato il suo costo in 5 anni passando da 258€ alle attuali pagate 396€). Ora per avere i soliti 3000 documenti (visto che noi mediamente ne utilizziamo 1500/1800) devo pagare la licenza COMPLETE ALLA FANTASTICA OFFERTA DI 570€ per il primo anno che passano a 690€ l'anno successivo. Ora sono fermo da ieri con fatturazione, preventivi e rapportini perchè per trasferire la licenza da un'azienda all'altra (delle quali l'amministratore è lo stesso, sotto lo stesso account fattureinclound) ho dovuto compilare un modulo di 4 pagine e inviarlo via pec perchè nel 2023 un gestionale completamente in cloud nn è in grado di farlo scrivendo direttamente ad una persona, anche perchè non esiste una persona che ti risponda alle richieste di assistenza via chat in tempo reale, il tempo medio di attesa è un giorno (via chat) figuratevi con altri canali come la PEC. Questi signori fanno veramente i furbi, non sono corretti nei confronti dei loro clienti, abusano della loro posizione per farti pagare un piano al prezzo in rialzo anno dopo anno, ora non sufficiente spostano caratteristiche a loro piacimento studiando un piano più costoso.
