Customer service is always very helpful and I appreciate that you have a live chat option. I like the new feature of being able to update the types of payments.

It is actually indispensable, and reasonable. I will be in trouble if Shoeboxed didn't exit.

Ease of uploading & categorizing receipts. Cost is low for service.

I hated how there's a cost to it. I literally can just take pictures of my receipts and make a folder to save money.

I like the ability to capture receipts/information via e-mails. Integrates well with Quickbooks.

There is room to make the software/service even better, and I hope the company decides to further invest in the features and capabilities. But even as is, it is a good service.

I love being able to digitize my life, starting with receipts. I've saved lots of money through warranty reimbursement and such because I've been able to find the receipts.

This is so easy to use, and saves so much time. I now only check the  account a couple of times a year before filing.

Love them...Especially in the beginning months as a user  I was calling customer support almost every week for tech support.

It saves me a lot of time. It's the best service like this that I know of (and I'm not likely to want to switch at this point anyway).

I like that its easy to upload receipts and track mileage. Its very user friendly and I like that about it.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have called and emailed.

Overall, I find Shoeboxed to be incredibly useful and it allows me to get a handle on my receipts.

It takes all the work and dread out of a tedious task.

We integrated it into our office last year & it has been a great addition. Our employees find it sinple & efficient to submit receipts, etc for reimbursement & I find it very well designed.

It is a very easy system to learn and use. I love being able to send our receipts and Business cards in the magic envelope because it magically inputs our data.

Love that i can forward receipts and invoices right from my email. I also love how quickly things get processed.

This software is very user friendly. Their customer service is very helpful and I love the Chat feature.

There is only on Option for a credit card processor and the customer support for this is awful. If your application is denied there is no clear appeals process.

I love that it keeps track of all my payroll and employee information and sets recommendations on what should be done.

If I didn't have a business degree and taken a few accounting classes it would probably have been tough to get started.

Also the invoice feature is not good, the invoices look bad and are not very customizable.

My overall experience with Patriot Accounting it has been amazing. I literaly started my own business with them.

Making journal entries more than two lines and knowing which categories to use would be difficult with no prior experience.

Everything, I love the fact that they are there for me to chat whenever I need them.

After fighting with this for two weeks i switched to Quickbooks.

It was a bit confusing to put in a starting balance and know what fund to offset without throwing off my 2018 numbers.
