Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's very easy to learn - with clean interface and powerful tools, you can quickly start utilizing FinancialForce in just a couple of days.
- Web-based, integrated with Salesforce, easy to set up, easy to configure, easy to maintain, always up to date, great support.
- A great upgrade from what our company was initially using - easy and straight forward.
Cons
- Very frankly, I hate this tool and very much regret being part of the team that selected it.
- The Project Task Gantt view is the fibrillating heart of the tool and is so annoying I find it hard to get the words out.
- This product is so infuriating to work with for any length of time. I use this as both Project Manager and a user.
Pros
- Our office has been using the system for 2.5 months and it is a very solid product, easy to navigate and user friendly. Interprose technical support has been awesome.
- Very good customer service. Love the work lists, as we did not have with our previous product.
- Also, if there is any questions or concerns the customer service is there and provides great assistance to help you.
Cons
- No user manual, no outside explanation for anything. When an updates come out no fallow up on features.
- Missing some features since it was not designed for my market requiring development cost.
- Debtors can also login and dispute their debt, which loads the entire dispute right onto the account and updates credit reporting.
