I like most that it’s free. It’s very clean, mobile friendly, integrated payments and I’ve been using it now for 2+ years.

I was no longer able to dial in the exact details of the contract as I needed.

I do multiple freelancing and this application is like my manager or Secretary. It is managing my all projects, costs and deadlines.

What I like most is that they keep adding new features so the software is constantly improving and slowly getting there.

It's so simple to use and pretty much intuitive once you get started. I can email directly from the program so my clients get their estimates and invoices as quickly as possible.

The software's integration with Google Drive and Dropbox makes it easy to share and access files, which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic.

It's super easy to use, the design is beautiful and crisp, the mobile app is near perfect. There also seems to be consistnet updates and they're always bringing in new features.

Where they lost me as a customer are as follows. I could not create template contracts before jobs came in.

As a social media manager, I use AndCo every day and I love it. The interface is just great, the features for expenses and file keeping are also just perfect.

My old system had an option I could turn on and it would automatically round up the timer to the nearest quarter hour once it was stopped.

The platform it self is very easy to use it's direct integration with PayPal is amazing setting it up and using it is super easy being able to use your own logo is great not much this thing can't do.

Overall, my experience has been positive. I am happy I switched over and have intentions of staying put.

The recurring invoices can be a bit confusing. I am not familiar with how to use them properly for when you have ongoing invoices that are usually the same.

It's simple and it works. I'm able to invoice clients professionally and have access to a good template library.

I'm also really grateful it has the ability to do subscription payments which will be very helpful in my business for monthly retainers.

Very few pre-made templates for the pipelines, inability to create a multiple line invoice, no texting (but we hear that is coming soon).

It's very user friendly, super organized and everything is labeled, perfect for OCD people like myself.

Onboarding meetings have been super helpful. This software is very inexpensive for what you receive.

I like the workflow, ease of uploading documents and getting signatures, I like the integration with my email.

It was also super easy to setup the client base. The ability to have all the contact information and able to trace everything at one spot is key, and great for my small business.

Also, new features and updates seem to be coming out every week. That is exciting to know they are truly interested in developing an amazing product.

Great for pros and for beginners, at first I was not interested on using this product,  but now, I highly recommend it.
