The integration with Xero was seamless, with lot's of helpful advice on how to get the best out of the cashflow projections.

As compare to forcasting with spreadsheets like old methods, float cash flow is very easy and time saver. It is an easy way to track cash flow.

Great software, very easy to set up & use, excellent support - could add a couple of features.

The ability to forecast easily for different scenarios is a very useful feature that allows a business to easily see the impact of making changes.

Float cash flow is easy to use and understand and has made planning for our cashflow easy so I can recommend it to everyone.

It helps us predict cash flow in real time as our business grows. It allows us to set budgets and eventually accountability for performance with various departments of the business.

Great support from the Float Team, and regular training is on hand, but I found it so easy to use just by watching the intro tutorials.

Overall I have found this software very helpful and also the customer service is really good. I always get a fast response and I love the fact that they are always looking to improve the software.

I have never used this type of tool and I am finding it very helpful, the link with Quick Book is very good and it can be updated whenever you need to.

Our accountant recommended Float and provided the setup and training. It took a few weeks to get comfortable enough to start adding groups ourselves for better analysis of costs and revenues.

Overall, I think Float is an excellent tool for cashflow forecasting and scenario planning. It is easy to use and understand and the support available from the team at Float is excellent.

No Excel-like bulk-edit for scenarios except base.

Float has really helped us to forecast the business health for the next few months (and even years), giving peace of mind and a plan of action to combat any revenue/cost scenarios on the horizon.

An excellent tool that gives me the ability to create realistic scenarios - especially the many required by the bank to back up a CBILS application.

The software does what it's supposed to do, and the customer service is fantastic. Having used spreadsheets to run cashflow management for years, this software was a breath of fresh air.

I found the set up of the categories a bit fiddly but I don't really use accounting software so perhaps that's an unfair comment.

Other than charts, outputs are limited to CSV files so not that easy/quick to manipulate offline, and have to do all your own formulas & formatting, etc.

What I like most about Float Cash Flow Forecasting is that is can be integrated when using quickbooks online.

It is not time consuming to prepare multiple scenario's and I love the confidence I have in the accuracy of the projections due to it being integrated with Xero vs running off a spreadsheet.

So far my experience with this program have been great, no negative things have seen.

Its a bit expensive but cheaper than the time needed to calculate manually. Adding new budget items is a little confusing.

We attended a very good Webinar to help those new to Float and those still learning. Overall we are very happy with the product and service.

Great product, easy to use and implement, easy to train users.

Different people brought in on the project that are new and lack the understanding. The managing of the key items, waiting and then the back and forth on how.

No built-in cash flow report makes cash flows a tedious process each month.

They also have excellent customer support. Response times are quick, and their support staff is well trained and knowledgeable.

I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

I have been unable to attend a user meeting as traveling to Canada is difficult and costly from Texas.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The buying process and the implementation process were good. It is operating effectively.

We are optimistic that they will do that. The needs we have are industry specific not our company.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.
