It has made more the close and consolidation process that much better and easier, provides more clarity.

PROS

Being able to use excel based reports to create what you need.

CONS

The ETL process could be improved to speak directly to local ERP systems.

Transitioning from implementation to production

It has been very good. The implementation team was very supporting and helpful. We have just transitioned to production so I am hoping for the same from the customer support team.

PROS

The automation of currency conversion, the ability to map multiple entities with different charts of accounts to one data base, and the ability to obtain multiple sets of financial statements containing different entities.

Certain steps of setting up new companies could be more automated
