Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is really easy to use and the data is displayed in a useful format

  • Incredibly easy to learn how to use even if you've never managed a business before. Perfect for freelancers as well as small-businesses. Nice design both for the website as well as the PDFs created.

  • Cons

  • If you plan to grow and scale your team, it can be a bit limiting, however it is still a great tool for smaller teams and individuals.

  • The mobile app is really great, but doesn't yet have the same in-depth functionality as the desktop app.

  • Pros

  • The set-up was very easy. The instructions giving was easy to follow. Customer service was very helpful with the questions that we had.

  • Sage is easy to navigate and easy to learn. There is so much that you can do with the program, it was very useful in my Billing Department.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes all those features can be confusing and trying to navigate the options can confusing but the online support is very very helpful

  • Some things are difficult to find, the search button helps with this, but not always. Recently had trouble finding the ACH setup
