Pros/Cons
Pros
- What I love most is the standby customer service– it's really been helpful and effective.
- I like that the platform has robust security measures, such as data encryption and secure access, which gives us peace of mind in terms of protecting sensitive information.
- The first thing is that the software is very easy to use, but the most important thing is that its functionality helps me save time and money.
Cons
- I was frustrated when I was struggling to keep track of business. I didn't quite understand what I needed to do.
- The downside of FreshBooks is that there is no possibility of merging contacts while duplicates are repeated when Freshbooks connects to another platform e.g. Hubspot.
- There are a few features missing in the software compared to the other softwares.
Pros
- I've had a fantastic experience with Prophix. Their engagement with the organisation, the structure to their implementation process and the online and offline support has been impressive.
- Awesome product with Rich features, specially the Detail Planning manager as well as its Calculation Engine is robust and very detail oriented.
- Prophix has help us with better business partner during our budgeting process through there workflow and template process, which are great and easy to use.
Cons
- Connecting more than 20 ERP systems to import data was a challenge. It affected the overall performance and ultimately usage as my company has not fully been able to convert to the cloud version.
- Our current lack of being able to connect with our current ERP.
- Integration was painful, but you learn more when you do it yourself right.
