App dashboard is fantastic review of all expense you can track and manage all things.

Good experience with fyle ...have stop our manual work as well save our time,& money. Because of which enable to timely payment of our employee.

Navigation between tabs is required which is a bit time taking and confusing.

I looked at a lot of different systems, and selected Fyle as the best, most cost-effective alternative. It is very easy to use and the QuickBooks integration is seemless and saves me a ton of time.

Gmail Integration works really good. Automatic filling of form when Fyle icon is clicked over gmail is nice.

The report generation on the web and the mobile is a little weird. There have been multiple times that I've been confused about what went into a report and what got left out.

It's running fast this is most I liked and it calculate accurate the amount and details.coding are amazing.

User friendly and show all statas properly where is approval pending or Done,realy its good and helpful for us.

Initial problems with exchange rates. Unable to edit categories of the expense report.

Out of the box connectors to directly upload and reimburse common expenses like ola, uber, swiggy, etc. Good Reports and Dashboards.

Sometimes it is very annoying if it not logged in immediately. The login website will not work.

It's a great product that is very user friendly even for the least tech savvy users which is handy because we have a lot of not tech savvy people in our particular organization.

Easy to use, has simple to understand reports, synchronizes accounts and warns you if you have double payments helping you not to lose money.

It is like having a great CPA who grows to follow your needs as you grow.

We switched from Bench to Pilot and we are very happy with the results. Pilot is a far more professional organization with better customer service and more accurate bookkeeping.

I love Pilot because it gives me the peace of mind that our books are in order and that we have access to a team of professionals to steer us in the right direction.

Pilot has become my team's most dreaded vendor. Our books were supposed to be complete on November 15, we do not have them over two months later.

Customer support outside of book keeping is terrible.

Pilot is brilliant at doing exactly what it promises: taking over the accounting and back office work of running a company so that you (the founding team) can focus on actually building your product.

Pilot interfaces with most of the popular financial SaaS platforms and offers amazing customer support.

Overall, Pilot has been terrific. The Bookkeeping team is quick to respond and has been incredibly accommodating with time-sensitive requests from our team.

Since I'm required to write something for the review, I'd say I'm not sure at what size or company size I should start considering insourcing this function.

Pilot also does an exceptional job delivering great value for much less than any of their competitors — a testament to the strength of their technology. Lastly, the humans at Pilot are amazing.

The only thing that I'd complain about is that the categories are sometimes difficult to navigate, and especially as a startup, we have some random expenses so adding a catch-all could be useful.

It has no negative points in my opinion, it is a great app.

Pilot is easy to use, it automatically connects to our accounts, and sends us monthly reports. They helped me save money.

Overall, I am very happy with the service that Pilot provides. I like the software that they offer and I'm excited to see how they continue to iterate and set an even higher bar.

I'm someone that appreciates human interaction and Pilot makes it easy to engage with the team when I wanted to. I also love, love the dashboard it's easy to use and interactive.

It very easily lets me see what I need to see and understand important matters to clear my mind and focus on what I need to do and what I am good at which will in turn grow my business.

We have as well managed to integrate it with semper reservations for easy flow of revenue.

Fyle is an expense management software that employees can use to track expenses, reconcile transactions for any business credit cards from any bank, and integrate seamlessly with accounting platforms.

- Employees can easily submit expenses from Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, email, text forwarding, and Fyle's mobile app. Once the receipt is captured, Fyle will automatically extract the expense details from the receipt and fill in the expense form. Users can also track mileage right from the mobile app with the help of Google Maps. 

- Employees don't have to wait for credit card transactions anymore. When a transaction is made, Fyle sends an SMS in instantly. Employees just need to reply with a picture of the receipt, and Fyle will match it automatically. This applies to any business credit card from any bank (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other credit cards).

- Fyle has self-serve two-way integrations with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. They can be set up quickly with just the login credentials. No code whatsoever.

- Approval workflows can be set up across projects, departments, locations, and cost centers. Approvers can also approve reports right from Gmail, Slack, Teams, Fyle's mobile app, or the web app.

- Admins can set up complex business rules based on multiple parameters like expense categories or employee levels to ensure compliance. Fyle runs these policy checks in real-time and flags the violation to employees before submitting the expense.
