Created specifically for non-profit and public organizations, Grant Management Systems (GMS) Non-Profit Accounting and Financial Management software meets industry requirements to account for grants, contracts and activities.
With over 30-years of non-profit accounting and financial management experience, the GMS system contains functionality for project and fund accounting, billing and invoicing, budgeting and forecasting, and payroll management. GMS saves time by automating cost allocation issues for everything from common and administrative costs, to indirect and leave costs. GMS provides your organization with multiple ways to comply with all major OMB Circulars. All of this is accessible from a single platform.
GMS maintains 5 different types of budgets: program, indirect cost, fringe benefits, YTD timesheets, and an agency wide budget. Cash reports attach the revenue directly to the grant or project, and document attachment is also available.
Features are intuitive and user-friendly, and security settings allow administrators to assign different levels of security to users by menu options.
Beyond their basic system, GMS offers add-ons including A/R, purchase orders, fixed assets, report writer and many more. Reporting satisfies criteria for state and federal audit standards and complies with FASB 116 and 117 requirements.
GMS Non-Profit Accounting is available in two platforms: Microsoft Access or SQL server. Their knowledgeable staff offers specialized implementation and training, as well as continuing support and service in case issues arise.
