Pros/Cons
Pros
- This software is super easy to use and also user friendly. GoPayment can be intergrated with other software thus giving it an added advantage over other payment software.
- Easy to use, appears very secure and customer like the payment method. The ability to use this at events and even at client locations make this one of the best ways to accept credit cards.
- It's great how it seamlessly integrates into QuickBooks online and then into our bank account.
Cons
- The price, fees, and lack of transparency. The fees were very high and it was too difficult to figure out what I was paying and why.
- Customer service was unwilling to escalate and did not provide me with any opportunity to report fraud.
- Customer service is terrible. First card reader quit after less than a year of use.
Pros
- Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.
- My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.
- Also the great security they provided to ensure safety of our money is excellent. I realy love to use PayPal as my online payment method and highly recommend to anyone without any second thought.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
- It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.
