The UI was great and integrations were nice. Overall, everything was really simple to use and set up.

I hate when I print proposals the page breaks horribly in the middle of sentences and photos.

I haven't been in business super long yet, but I knew I wanted to be organized from the getgo. HoneyBook has been AMAZING for that.

Honeybook is very easy to use and the UI is beautiful. They provide a lot of great built in resources, like example contract templates.

Software is very easy to use. Customer service is great and it's a great way to stay organized.

I love everything about HB and I love that they are always trying to improve and help in any way they can.

It's just been wonderful. Once I sat down and spent the time to set everything up the way it suited my business, I couldn't be more happy.

Honeybook is a great price, easy to use, has great customer service, and has lots of great ad one. The set up process is so easy for anyone.

The ONLY things I dislike about the software are very minor.

I have loved Honeybook since I first downloaded it...Customizing everything was easy and FUN. Any time i had questions customer service was super fast and nice...which makes everything easier.

Buggy, intermittent problems coupled with poor tech suport.

The interface is perfect, too. Friendly, but not too 'bubbly', so you still feel like a professional.

Tasks which are now automated I no longer have to keep worrying about completing, my business now is quite streamline.

I LOVE the referral program as well, the commission is beautiful. It's not only user friendly but the customer service has always been top notch as well.

So easy, helpful and affordable and I love that all my business management is in one place.

When I was using it, I had a bit of trouble opening of attachments such as pdfs.

Ease of use, basic setup and easy to navigate with robust options for integrations and connecting all of my online tools.

No way to take notes on questionnaires. No way to add multiple templates to 1 email.

I like that I can have all of my invoices in one place, it helps me take care of my taxes and allows me to track my income. My favorite thing is the brochure I've created.

I like the ease of seeing the pipeline and where I'm at with my bookings. I like the daily reminders to follow up on my clients.

Over great experience with great costumer service. It really make booking, invoicing and sending contracts to clients much simpler.

Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

The ease to learn the flow of the system, the ease of adaptation to the customer's requirement. The speed in the use of the database.

So far so good, we are now live after 2 months of studying and configuring. Once you get used to it, it can be really beneficial in the long run.

The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.

No useable software and no portion of our unused funds.

Odoo is an excellent system that integrates all areas of the company in the same platform, ideal for growing companies.

Odoo is very good, practical and easy to use ERP software. Easy customization that fulfils every clients' organizational needs.

POS is too basic and so many bugs. For instance, taxes is not updated after applying a global discount which is totally illegal.

Odoo gives me access to a lot of tools that allow me to manage my business better in one platform. I get to integrate all business processes hassle-free.

The CRM for the sales side is really easy to use and browse through and has a very good tagging feature allowing me (as sales director) to easily filter accounts and keep track of leads.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.
