Perfect solution for my business

Pros

The many modules for sure! It has every automation solution except one, Bankgiro payment gateway for automated bank invoice payment confirmations. We at HostUp are a registrar and web hosting company and they have modules for that. Country specific payment gateways like Swish is also there. When they don't have a feature already implemented it 's easy to contact support and pay for sponsored development for them to add it.

Cons

It's a bit hard to navigate first and there were a few bugs. But you learn quite quickly and the bugs were fixed usually within the next release, so a week

Reasons for switching to HostBill

It didn't fit my business. It was missing many modules such as registrar and Swish payment gateway. I would have to pay some 3rd party for these modules.

Great Product, Absentee Management, Poor Customer Service

Originally contacted HostBill on [SENSITIVE CONTENT] with pre-sale questions and request for demonstration. After receiving an immediate automated (no-reply) acknowledging receipt of my email request, it took HostBill two-weeks ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) to respond. That delay led us to consider other U.S.-based business automation platform competitors like Blesta, WHMCS, and others (even though we prefer HostBill's interface and features). In a final attempt to obtain answers and buy their software, we reached back out to them on [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and are still awaiting a response. HostBill appears to and may well be a phenomenal product, but based on their absent customer service, the world may never know. Bottom line... based on the company's Poland headquarters (no U.S. division/representation), email only communications (no sales/support phone numbers, immediate chat capability), no company-hosted pre-sale demo capability (must purchase/install 'live' Linux instance of software on customers own hardware to demo/test and then petition HostBill for refund if product doesn't meet needs), understaffed/poor response times, support incidents via online ticketing system only (must already have purchased HostBill in order for Support accept even pre-sale technical questions). As a company who's literally ready to purchase, but unable to marshall a customer service response, it's really difficult to recommend HostBill (regardless of how impressive their product may be. =/

zero assistance | duplicate software

Bad, no assistance. LEAVE ALL HOPE TO YOU USE IT

Pros

Many functions but useless. The functions are beautiful but they are not intuitive, nothing, in substitution and a copy and paste of WHMCS

Cons

the software and a copy and paste of WHMCS, if you look inside the CSS you will find references of this software.
