Infor Expense Management allows for your business practice policies to be easily implemented to record expenses. Infor Expense Management takes the manual errors away with the easy expense process.
CONSThe reporting should be beefed up for out of the box reports.

Easy to use
The ability to look up your route on a map to calculate mileage.
CONSIf your expense report gets stuck because of any error it does not notify you, or any administrator. You will only find out if you log into the system to check on it and then you have to manually follow up with an administrator to find out what happened and why. And then you can't fix the original expense report and resubmit, you have to open a whole new one.

Good one with mobile app
Contains good reporting structure and can do budgeting work. The best part is it contains mobile app which is quite handy.
CONSsort option can improve further, require auto-fill option for the receipt so it can save lot of time.

As a user, I have no complaints
I have been around long enough to remember the 'old school' method of expense reports, everything done manually, waiting days for charges to populate, having to match up paper receipts, and the dreaded mailing of the physical envelope to our accounting department. Software like Infor has really made the process so much easier, intuitive and user friendly. I can't say that i've used a ton of other products, but I would imagine that this platform would work for most companies out there. I'm a fan.
PROSThe system is cloud based and is very easy to use. As someone who travels frequently, I appreciate how quickly I am able to submit expense reports and receive reimbursement. The pre-population of the receipts is a great feature and a huge time saver.
CONSI've only used one other competitor product (Concur) and I can't say that there are any significant drawbacks or downsides to the platform. It works well, it's efficient and it was also thoughtfully designed.

Finally, expense management that isn't a UX nightmare
An intuitive expense management tool aids the productivity of all who use it. I imagine it'll pay for itself in no time for that reason alone, at least at a large organization.
PROSIt is by far the most user-friendly expenses tool I have used. Unlike others I've endured, this one looks as though it was designed in this decade!
CONSI can't stand submitting expenses, and this is an expenses tool. But that's the only bad thing I have to say about it because it's actually pleasant to use. I might even enjoy submitting expenses one day.
