It is designed for freelancers, contractors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses that want professional invoices customized with their branding. The Invoice Tool is fully-automated and does not require any coding or formulas to be entered by the user. It was designed so that an Excel novice could master the features within an hour. Database lists for clients, products, vendors, and expenses are maintained by easy to use standardized forms for adding/editing/deleting entries, and all data are protected against accidental deletion or changes, so you know your data will be safe on your computer. The performance reporting dashboard interactively allows users to explore their revenue and expense data. You will always be aware of your business performance with this dashboard. Reports include tracking of orders, revenue and expenses over time; revenues broken out by product and client; and expenses broken out by business deduction categories. An at-a-glance section also include YTD, QTD, and MTD revenues and expenses. Users can interactively call the reports on-demand as data are updated in the system. Reports can be run using an... y of 19 preset date ranges to explore and drill down on your data from an entire year to a single day. Or, you can specify a custom date range to see your data the way you want to. The Invoice Tool includes a fully customizable invoice header section and footer text that are locked in place when customization is completed to prevent accidental changes. All logos, fonts, size, color, and placements can be updated easily. Invoices can also be printed or saved in PDF in a dedicated user-defined folder specified in the tool. Minor updates are pushed out to users through our one-click updating system that proactively checks for updates, asks users if they want to download the update file, and then transfers all data from the old file into the updated file.
