So easy to use...anyone should be able to figure this out. How nice is it to be able to go and make an invoice without having to use excel.

I bought it owned it then the updates & renewable every year for something that you own. Stupid updates for more money that was not wanted.

Extremely disapointing, tried to contact them several times always having an automated reply from a robot,  there is NO customer service.

I like the simplicity, the ability to customize and their customer service is very responsive.

And they locked all past data no access unless you renew.

I love how easy it is to use. It sends invoices quickly and effortlessly.

The couple of fix ups would make it perfect once again. Also, my mate is getting the Unlimited plan for the price of the basic plan because he had an question once and then was upgraded for no reason.

I have looked at many similar packages over the years, and have discussed with colleagues on what they use, Invoice2go has been by far the best I have found.

Invoice2go is effecient, practical, and can even be fun.

After using Invoice2go for years, our accountant recommended switching over to Intuit Quickbooks. We will be switching back to invoice2go very soon.

None anymore it been ruined with poor redevelopment and customer service who do fix issues or errors. Most certainly not worth the subscription.

I like having the ability to create my personal invoices and send them out all from one location.

The cost of this software and the poor communication of the staff. We are really busy as everyone and when the software renewed it had jumped in price.

Ease of use and intuitively. I only use invoicing so it’s a bit pricey.

And the price is okay too, other programs of this kind are a lot more expensive. But also a very good customer support, which has often helped me to my satisfaction, should be mentioned here.

This can be confusing at times being able to adjust your settings.

There is no Financial year options, and rather than just show your report when you run it, it tries to send it via email.

Entering a new item is simple but it can also be a curse.

Payments are processed instantly, and because payments are processed by paypal your clients have an ease of mind as it's backed up by the Paypal guarantee.

This app was fantastic for time tracking and well priced when I first started using it about 2 years ago.

Plenty of quick and effective support for any issues I have had recently.

I am very happy with the overall performance of this software. It has made my invoicing/estimates so easy to complete.

I wouldn't discredit this software, it is good. It just wasn't what I was looking for.

I originally used this software for our small business and found the invoicing very quick and easy but found it frustrating that it was limited when it came to gst options.

Even though they continue to improve the system they still like a lot in the customer service department. Only buy it if you are able to self navigate then it’s okay, otherwise stay away.

Unacceptable for me for a paid service. I also raised two cases for their support but after two days no reply yet.

Very easy to set up and use. We like being able to do everything using our mobile devices in addition to our desktop computers.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
