Verified reviewer Legal Services 2-10 employees Used monthly for less than 6 months Reviewed November 2021 Excellent for small businesses 5 I occasionally am asked to do a speaking engagement or very short term consulting contract which doesn't make sense to run through my business and I needed a way to invoice easily. I looked at various options and Invoicer.ai was the easiest to use and while I didn't need the its more advanced abilities, it appears to be very intuitive. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: The user interface was very intuitive and made creating and submitting an invoice incredibly easy. Cons: I don't believe there is a mobile app on iOS. Reasons for switching to Invoicer.ai Billdu was very useful if I was going to send an invoice entirely from the app on my phone, but I don't need to sign up for a monthly service when I maybe send out 8-10 personal invoices a year. I don't love having to put information into Billdu through the phone and I didn't want to sign up for a free period and then have to pay monthly. I would much rather pay per invoice once in a while, than use a full subscription. Invoicer.ai allowed me to do that. After trying out a bunch of other tools, I ended up sticking with Invoicer because it was the easiest to use and didn't complicating my life with too many features. It's simple, easy to use and does what it says on the box, which is something I really appreciate in software.
