Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use for end-users without having to give very detailed training.
Great cost-benefit, easy to use and implement.

Cons
its not so easy, to find somthing, that could be improved. A macro debugger can a helpfull feature - maybe in one of next releases.
Not really an issue, but documentation is behind all the new features which come in quite high frequency.
