"I get on chat send them a message & waited over a hour for a reply from a bot for them to say no we can not give you access to your account, your records, all the estimates etc you have done on that account for 8 years unless you pay us and sign up for a subscription plan!"
"Ya know I understand things are changing but when you take your company & turn it over to where your customers of 8 yrs can not even log into their account to delete that account, access any of their info/records that they have had for all them 8 yrs without having to pay for a subscription plan of the lowest plan of $96.00!"
