Some functions are confusing for example, to overwrite GST or PST. There is no formal instruction on how to perform these functions.

Inability to get totals within the apps modules, limited reporting capabilities,  unable to filter by date, name, detail, etc.

Had all my banks, which is rare as I'm Canadian and often accounting software has either only US banks or a tough process to get my banks to integrate. Customer service experience has been amazing.

Was using Kashoo every day and thanks to it I knew every cent is counted and on its place. Another thing I liked very much - nice reports.

Your chatroom is excellent and the package has great features at a very reasonable price.

The Square/SquareUp integration is among Kashoo's strongest features in my experience, as I can't recall any synchronization issues or glitches accessing Square data in Kashoo.

Inventory feature stinks, keeps getting corrupted, losing the inventory onhand.

The charm of this web app is that it is simple, easy and yet versatile enough that you can make complex transactions clean while still keeping people accountable.

Overall all i'd recommend this saas. If you're looking for an accounting software.

Currently I am unaware of such an feature in Kashoo.

Limited selection of invoice templates that are horrible looking and not easily branded  with your company logos.

Adaptability of the chart of accounts to my jurisdiction, ease of use and intuitive to manage for my staff. Great responsive customer service.

The software is relatively easy to use for a beginner. It also looks like something I can grow with and even pass on to an accountant once my business has grown large enough.

I love using it for most of my freelance needs: Accounting, Expenses, Project budgeting, credit card payments, and tax management.

I taught my clients for this software and then can learn it very fast, there is always someone to help you online. Great software in the market now.

No automatic email for remittance for bills once paid. Invoice template choice is fairly limited.

It looked fairly easy to learn and robust enough to grow with me. I haven't used it much yet, but I really like what I've seen so far.

I really like its simplicity of use, the ongoing training, great support whenever you need it, and Kashoo seems to care about the little guy, in my case gal.

We started using this product because the first year was free through Liberty Tax Service. Additional account costs are attractive.

The UX/UI is easy to use, only took a hour to get familiar & set up everything. I needed a accounting software.

I really dislike that the multi-currency support completely cripples the Mobile App. It's forced us to use a less efficient workflow, which loses critical data related to exchange rates.

Overall I'm very happy with Plooto, will continue to use it and encourage other business to use it.

The collection of data was seamless and the prompting and follow up on invoices was a good option.

Due to the horrible pricing model change, if there was an alternative, I would be using it.

Some payment changes can take a little longer than I feel they should. I tried to cancel a payment that was to be debited later that day.

Integrations, approvals and workflow are fantastic.

Customer service is timely and helpful. This software has saved me countless hours of which I don't have to spare.

There is a lag time of 4-5 business days when making payments. We have to explain this to every vendor since it can be a confusing process.

It does the work as expected, when expected and in my business, reliability is a top quality. I couldn't imagine running my business without Plooto on my team.

If your client doesn't have all of the funds in their account, you won't be notified. Plooto will draw what it can and you'll have to log in to look to see who failed to pay in full.

We love that it connects to QBO and that the set up is super simple and easy. We like that that it's also easy to navigate.

AP was seamless in implementing CDN/US. Loved the integration to Quickbooks online and iit worked perfectly.

Great customer service since I started using it 4 years ago.

Their customer service is also really good, I actually had a new feature implemented after I brought it up to them.

It's bizarre that you can take money from them, but can't send it to them.

I so dislike manual cheques, chasing signers. I need Plooto to send out a cheque on our behalf occassionally.

We're a Quickbooks shop, and we *love* the integration. Virtually all of our clients are using Plooto for payables, and some for receivables.

I like the approval factor the best. We require 2 signatures of 7 partners.

I enjoy the ease of use of Plooto for accounts payable.

Its super easy to send/request money. Funds transfer pretty quickly.

I really like that I can set up approval tiers, I also appreciate that once it is set up it is relatively easy for my clients to use.

From set up to ongoing use, the support is excellent.

Good, the software is very easy to use and for the most part you can find answers online.

Overall once it was set up I have found it very easy to use and worth the money.

I have issue with setting up notifications on approvals for A/P - in theory I know this can be done but I'm just lost on how to.

The accounts payable functionality and clear audit trail have been fantastic. It is a useful software for our firm and our clients have definitely benefited from the implementation.
