I had to lie about the child's race or the app would not let me move forward. Why would I need to add a Hispanic child as a white child, with no way to bypass or add them correctly.

I had a good experience using this software KidKare. It is very simple to install and use.

I am pretty new to using this software so i do not have a lot of bad to say about it at this time.

Software is working improper in my Xiaomi note 5 and I do not know the source of the problem.

Customer support is great, and the administrators are responsive to our requests for modifying the program.

Pretty flexible and easy to use. Was helping look for options for childcare business needs and located this.

Worrying about writing or running out of checks is in the past. Don't forget the interface is easy to use too.

I find this to be very easy to use. As a parent I feel very good knowing what my child is doing throughout the day.

This leads to errors in record keeping. I also moved from a CACFP account to a paid account and lost all my records and tax documents.

It often has technical issues and takes time to load. A couple of times caused error, which delayed the payment.

When I have had to call in for help the technical support has always been courteous and easy to work with and very helpful.

This is a helpful way to streamline the child care process. As a parent it makes the daycare appear  much more professional and trustworthy.

I loved this software because it helps me find child care when I need it. Its easy to use and very simple.

It has saved me a lot of time and money when I use it and my parents like the reports also.

The programs are constantly improving and building to improve record keeping with an ease for the user.

The software is very user friendly. The way things are set up put user at ease.

I enter my meals for children of my daycare to get reimbursed money back from the food program. It is easy to use and a faster way to submit claims and receive payment.

The only negative I had was that sometimes the automatic payment didn't work. This was more so early on.

By and large: I love my experience the extent that my youngster care business goes.

Great healthy habits have improved and children are intaking much more fruits and vegetables.

Overall it has been a great experience with KidKare. From planning meals to the accounting feature.

I have not utilized the bookkeeping programming yet I am thinking about pursuing that. As I expressed, the client support side is the main destruction up until this point.

Its very simple and easy to use software. Pricing is reasonable too.

Overall I like it just need to improve their customer support.
