I use it to track financials across multiple clients, and it’s made reporting way easier and faster. The templates are super helpful, setup is quick, and the support team is actually responsive. If you live in spreadsheets and want to save time (and sanity), definitely give it a try. #### Cons The main downside with LiveFlow is that it’s pretty dependent on Google Sheets—so if your team prefers Excel or another tool, it’s not as useful. When we have had any questions or concerns, LiveFlow support has been incredibly prompt and direct. I would recommend it to anybody doing fractional CFO work or advising their clients regularly #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros LiveFlow works great, it integrates QBO with either Google Sheets or Excel, which is helpful as you may have clients using either software so you are not limited in how you can serve them. The dashboards are also a great feature, however I wish it wasn't an upcharge to use them. It's great to be able to provide your clients a link to a clean dashboard that they can reference whenever they want and it will be updated as long as the QBO file is updated. #### Cons The biggest downside to LiveFlow is the price. It's not the cheapest option out there, and while I feel the software is worth it if you are charging appropriate fees to your clients for your services, what I don't like is how there are added fees for new features. Want to be able to use dashboard feature? You get one free then have to pay. Want to be able to do consolidates?
