I do wish building some of the content libraries and graphics in ppt were a bit easier to do, but its a very small nit on what is otherwise an easy and powerful tool. There's no way I could do my job as quickly or efficiently without it. Cons: The only thing that I don't like is that some of hte native features take a bit of getting used to, and the learning curve is pretty steep, but after that, it's smooth sailing.
