  • Pros

  • I really like the way they work with you to set up the approval system for MT like we need it. They have been very nice to work with.
  • They have a good, competitive product at a competitive price, and it is worth your time.
  • This software is easy to set up and easy to use. PDF'ing and creating bills in Netsuite is super convenient and the approval trails work as intended.
  • Cons

  • If we were a larger company, I would be hesitant about how much time I would have to babysit the process as there are many places where invoices could become trapped and not paid in a timely manner.
  • Lack of some basic tools to easily navigate. Have to use 2 logins for different roles, lack of intercompany functionality.
  • With having multiple organizations this become quite the task when they start dropping connection. Then the other pain point would be the bathing to our GL system utilizing GP.

  • The software is so user friendly and easy to use. The UI experience is fantastic and the automation makes it so much more efficient for the accounting team.
  • I love that it is online based and can be accessed from anywhere. I also love the tabular set up which looks almost exactly like excel which is how every accountant is already used to using already.
  • The accounting and GL is stronger than any other combined analytic and accounting software I have reviewed. The budgeting tool is excellent.
  • Cons

  • I lost a lot of my time and money for hundreds of hours of my time and even more my accountant that used the software to pay bills.
  • We have never been able to use other features as they are difficult to figure out and we are still having problems with clearing bank items. Everything costs money to fix.
  • No ERP which is really a bummer. Takes a longer than needed to update reports.
