The budget items are not linked to the expenses so you have to manage those separately and you are not able to create ad-hoc reports.

I always struggle with arrows connecting two shapes. It is unpredictable where the arrow snaps to as is can be random at times which makes it difficult to snap in the exact place you need it to.

Visio is the perfect tool for you to create flowcharts. It is easy tonuse, intuitive and works perfectly integrated to the Ms Office package.

I was unable to move parts of the flow diagram without distorting the entire diagram. I was able to learn with few trials and errors.
