Those charts make the process much easier, especially for someone like me, a visual processor. Cons: The one thing that is most difficult is that there is very little hands on assistance available in the U.S. The one person in my own area, southern California, has told me each time I've called that he is too busy to be able to help. I wish that Cognito would find a way to train someone, somewhere in the world, a good English speaker, who would then become the person available for us, even if they are not actually based in the U.S. One saving grace is that if I contact them directly in New Zealand, I'll get an answer very quickly at about 2 pm, when they start their business day. The second thing is that they could easily provide, I think, a much better set of tools for designing forms. Filemaker Pro is mentioned as a program that is relatable. But Filemaker has an easy to use forms design tool. We gave up trying to use Moneyworks to design our form.
