Great product, easy to use and implement, easy to train users.

Different people brought in on the project that are new and lack the understanding. The managing of the key items, waiting and then the back and forth on how.

No built-in cash flow report makes cash flows a tedious process each month.

They also have excellent customer support. Response times are quick, and their support staff is well trained and knowledgeable.

I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

Easy to use and integrated with our EHR system.

It has been a great ride. Love the Reporting and the easy use of AP and GL systems.

I have been unable to attend a user meeting as traveling to Canada is difficult and costly from Texas.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The buying process and the implementation process were good. It is operating effectively.

We are optimistic that they will do that. The needs we have are industry specific not our company.

The implementation process was a good experience. Since we have been operating on Multiview now for quite some now, the excellent first impression, has only grown.

I have been quite pleased with Multiview. We had a great implementation team.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.

Quickbooks helps to consolidate the different accounting tools that you need for the accounting part of company.

Easy to see what financials are going in and out each month and to categorize them in the way most helpful to you. Reports are easy to run.

Quickbooks is still difficult to use initially without training.

Migration of data can be time consuming and a bit hard to implement. The year-to-year updates should be discounted.

There is great help available in setting up if you are not very experienced with this. Things went very smoothly for me.

Its definitely is appealing to beginners when it comes to the accounting/bookkeeping and has many features to help navigate the process.

The software is easy to use and works well on my Mac.

I like best about Quickbook for Mac is the ease of use which I need to run my business smoothly.

I was being double billed at the annual rate and the monthly rate in error. I tried for months to get this corrected and all I got was frustrated.

I've used Quickbooks for years and find it the most efficient and user friendly. The reporting function is also very good.

After using it for sometime, it's been probably the best accounting/payroll/invoicing/estimating program we've had so far. Everything is very simple, user-friendly and not too technical.

It is helpful to have a good working knowledge of the product you are evaluating before making an assessment.

Quickbooks is one of the best accounting software for a small or mid size company.

Compare other vendors and other software. Once you purchase it is hard to change.

The invoice system can be customize pretty easy and can save you time. The support service is professional and they offer rapid solutions.

Love the app/desktop programs. This is a gem for my business, easy to navigate site but also has a clean format to work with.

This creates a problem when you want to sort the list in order of highest to lowest amounts. So,  I have to manually type in the totals on each master customer account before sorting.

The product has good integration across billing/invoicing/payroll.

Overall about the software is more easy for any type of accounting, The interface for QB is customer friendly software.

It is great for small business. It was great for us when we were much smaller.

I recommend that if you need QuickBooks buy a Windows computer.

Full of features, cost effective and best of all it can be cloud and APP based. I have recommended this product to many other business owners.

Very easy to use,  many option for reports. Modifications can be made if errors are made when entering a transaction.

You cannot get in touch with someone on the phone. It's by far the worst company I've had to deal with.

The online services are confusing and seem to charge for several different things.

As it is not compatible, we had to buy a pc to use quickbooks desktop version, and this is ridiculous.

This is a very disappointing fact, since there is really no difference in platform that Intuit can't fix that.

QuickBooks customer support is very frustrating. Most reps who answer the phone do not speak native English and sound as though they are reading from a script.
