Great product, easy to use and implement, easy to train users.

Different people brought in on the project that are new and lack the understanding. The managing of the key items, waiting and then the back and forth on how.

No built-in cash flow report makes cash flows a tedious process each month.

They also have excellent customer support. Response times are quick, and their support staff is well trained and knowledgeable.

I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

Easy to use and integrated with our EHR system.

It has been a great ride. Love the Reporting and the easy use of AP and GL systems.

I have been unable to attend a user meeting as traveling to Canada is difficult and costly from Texas.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The buying process and the implementation process were good. It is operating effectively.

We are optimistic that they will do that. The needs we have are industry specific not our company.

The implementation process was a good experience. Since we have been operating on Multiview now for quite some now, the excellent first impression, has only grown.

I have been quite pleased with Multiview. We had a great implementation team.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.

Easy to use at the restaurant level. Our people really enjoy it and are onboard quickly.

If you only listen to what they are selling you, then this is a solid product. On boarding was outstanding and setup was handled well.

We have experienced issues with the entire site being down during our accounting close week, which is very frustrating considering all of our financial reporting and data is housed in this system.

Restaurant 365 is a great cost cutting and accounting management tool. The third party implementation team is engaged and very helpful.

There have been a lot of bugs and software/development errors that have impacted us. Customer services is in a different time zone, and is not the fastest to respond or have any sense of urgency.

We keep a close watch on our COGS and other important metrics to adjust and improve things.

General ease of use, cross functionality between accounting, restaurant opps, inventory + recipe costing.

It's so easy to use the dashboard is super easy.

No ERP which is really a bummer. Takes a longer than needed to update reports.

Tech forward, upload features are good, very easy to set up new legal entities and locations. Reporting is good and getting better.

At an organizational level, this was really difficult.

Great customer support with excellent reporting tools that save time and help identify opportunities to improve the business.

Recently we had a switch in POS system and we were supposed to have an integration complete by Compeat with Harbortouch. There has been a serious lack of communication from Compeat.

M a really big fan of R365 and have enjoyed using it for a number of years.

Ease of use, it's integration with our POS/other systems and the fact it has excellent financial control's.

The software is so user friendly and easy to use. The UI experience is fantastic and the automation makes it so much more efficient for the accounting team.

Occasionally I would have problems but typically they were on our end.

Restaurant 365 is user friendly and easy to navigate. Customizable columns in AP transaction screen.

R365 has nearly all the software a restaurant would need in 1 solution.

We have never been able to use other features as they are difficult to figure out and we are still having problems with clearing bank items. Everything costs money to fix.

We have saved money by using the software, and it has been a great management tool.

We have limited resources and we opened an airport location smack dab in the middle of our on-ramp with R365.

This system is very easy to use and doesn't take long to teach others how it works. I like how simple it is to change a users rights so they can have access to more reports.

I love that it is online based and can be accessed from anywhere. I also love the tabular set up which looks almost exactly like excel which is how every accountant is already used to using already.

Inventory management, accounts payable, scheduling, payroll, etc. We like that the software is specific to the restaurant industry and that the customer service seems to be very quick and efficient.

Our overall experience with the software has been great. It integrates nicely with our other systems, like our POS and invoicing system.

Support has become increasingly detached and slow to respond. Another serious deficiency is a lack of an audit trail function to track changes within the system or accounting transactions.

I would recommend the software to anyone looking for a quality product.

Reports in the system are wonky and not very customizable, options for categories are overall strange and don't make the most sense.

I like that it's a 'one-stop shopping' for my organization. We are able to consolidate old systems into a substantially more focused, contained suite.

I like that it easily integrates with Toast and Aloha POS. It is also very good at breaking down the different financial statements like the profit and loss and balance sheet.

The complexity, lack of customer service, Had to create tickets and wait for days for a problem and most of them were never resolved.

Sometimes the software can run slow which can be inconvenient if you are trying to do things in a quick manner.

I lost a lot of my time and money for hundreds of hours of my time and even more my accountant  that used the software to pay bills.

The accounting and GL is stronger than any other combined analytic and accounting software I have reviewed. The budgeting tool is excellent.

Managers log & Scheduling are inferior products.
