Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use and how easy it is to navigate and pull the information that I need. The help desk and portal are extremely helpful and designed for the end user in mind.
  • Multiview is very user friendly, it is easy to learn and helps up manipulate data from our EHR vendor when we can't get good reporting out of that system.
  • The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.
  • Cons

  • Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.
  • If an error is made in an journal entry, you have to create a whole new entry.
  • Over time, it has become more difficult to get changes and some of the problems which have come up still haven't been resolved.

  • Pros

  • We like how easy it is to use. There are times we have many assets to use or purchase a new company, Sage Fixed Assets provides the ability to upload this information from an Excel spreadsheet.
  • I liked that it is more tax-friendly than what we have set up in SAP. The customer help is also fast and secure.
  • Sage offers easy-to-use/read reports that are easily modified to a users preferences or needs. The software also provides a great solution for housing supporting documentation for each asset.
  • Cons

  • Getting answers to questions about report availability has been difficult. Mistakes were made by the implementer during system setup and some are still not corrected nearly a year later.
  • Our implementation analyst was not very knowledgeable about the system, he had a hard time understanding our questions and guiding us in decision making.
  • The customer service - it takes forever to reach someone. When there are updates there is always something wrong with some aspect and you have to wait until the next update is released.
