Great product, easy to use and implement, easy to train users.

Different people brought in on the project that are new and lack the understanding. The managing of the key items, waiting and then the back and forth on how.

No built-in cash flow report makes cash flows a tedious process each month.

They also have excellent customer support. Response times are quick, and their support staff is well trained and knowledgeable.

I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

Easy to use and integrated with our EHR system.

It has been a great ride. Love the Reporting and the easy use of AP and GL systems.

I have been unable to attend a user meeting as traveling to Canada is difficult and costly from Texas.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The buying process and the implementation process were good. It is operating effectively.

We are optimistic that they will do that. The needs we have are industry specific not our company.

Sometimes it's hard to navigate some of the updates.

The implementation process was a good experience. Since we have been operating on Multiview now for quite some now, the excellent first impression, has only grown.

I have been quite pleased with Multiview. We had a great implementation team.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.

Vyapar is a value for money application, helping businesses to do hassle free accounting and helps in tax filing also.

Trying to update as much data, because its difficult to shit existing data from Tally to keep updated with previous accountings.

I appreciate their cost effectiveness, responsiveness and user friendly interface.

Overall it's good, value for money and easy to use I don't need to hire an accountant for my accounting I do it all with the help of VYPAR. THANKS A LOT TEAM VYAPAR.

This is a great option over TALLY or BUSY kind of softwares. I have already recommended this to many of my Business associates as it is easy to use and improving continuously.

Overall its cost effective and efficient and very easy to work with.

Overall its value for money, they provide various reports which are very helpful for daily business tracking. It also provide reminder for payment and dues which makes it worth.

It is user friendly, can modify as per your requirement , always in my pocket,  really ease my way of working, any layman can understand this.

Sorry, I did not find any cons still, If i find off course will criticize.

The desktop feature is not working for me for some reason! and I send an email to customer support forgotten and I got no reply.

But the beast feature is the Online Banking Integration. It is an amazing app for monitoring different balances and ensuring different payments are facilitated.

Can be ignored, there are nothing serious consideration.

It's fulfilled all the requirements for all type of businesses. Easy to use for every person.

The formats ( Print outputs) of Invoices , purchase orders are very basic with no customization possible. The fields for HSN code shipping details are missing.

Easy to use any one without training. If somebody have basic knowledge about software can use easily.
