It is suitable for solo accountants, small business owners, small IT and financial companies, entrepreneurs and freelancers. myBooks provides accounting tools for managing invoices, expenses, bills and other financial transactions.

myBooks offers an analytics dashboard that helps users to set and monitor accounting indicators. It offers a bank reconciliation feature that allows businesses to connect bank accounts and view transactions and cash summaries in real time.

Users can also process multi-currency transactions, and provides configurable templates for invoices, bills and expense reports. myBooks provides enterprise-grade data security for bookkeeping and financial documents.

The solution is available on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is based on the number of users and the number of transactions in a month.

Easy to use and Low ramp up Time

One of the biggest factors is managing internal costs for the department and teams. This tools removed all the unnecessary hassle to thinking about the back end software, hardware and tool specific management. All we had to bring was our numbers and we were good to go.

Pros

The navigation of the tool is very intuitive and it is easy to use. The total ramp up time was very less.

Cons

This could use some more machine learning trend analysis

I loved

It is easy to use, it can be used in free time and the organization is excellent. My experience in particular was great since I am a lover of reading. should create more app like this

I loved creating my digital library and being able to program at what moment to read a book and even which chapter, I really liked that they are available in several languages.

Cons

what I like the least is that they could add more books

Smart Accounting software

We had been appointed to review and analyse the features and accuracy of this accounting software. When we started working on a Project we were amazed to see it's accuracy, user friendly interface and reporting. We would recommend that to any SME businesses.

Pros

-Good interface
-User friendly
- Various Reporting for analysis
- Cloud based so easily expressible from everywhere
