Für den Buchhalter, bzw. Admin sind die Funktionen klar, für den Mitarbeiter, der es im Tagesgeschäft nutzt, sind die Funktionen oft undurchsichtig. Ziel wäre sozusagen, einen Mitarbeiter mit einer Karte zu verheiraten, sodass keine Reisekoste vergessen/übersehen wird. Bezüglich der vermissten Kartenfunktion haben wir eine gute Nachricht: Seit 2023 gibt es die Option der N2F-Mastercards: Physische Karten, virtuelle Karten oder auch Karten für den einmaligen Gebrauch an Mitarbeitende auszuhändigen. Alles voll integriert in die bekannten Funktionen und Workflows von N2F. Bei den N2F-Mastercards können Sie für jede Karte monatliche, wöchentliche, tägliche, ausgabenbezogene Limits festlegen und Dinge wie Bargeldabhebung, Internetzahlungen, Auslandszahlungen zulassen oder nicht. Mit der neuen Version sind sogar Whitelists/Blacklists konfigurierbar und es können gewisse Zeitfenster (Sonntage, Feiertage, Tageszeiten) für Zahlungen gesperrt sein.
