Daniel's knowledge on the system is second to none and if by any chance there was a question he could n't answer he always found out. We feel a little lost not having contact with them now. The workshop/invoicing is very good Cons: Not having quotations available within Workshop. It helped us slim our admin costs significantly. Sales prospecting, vehicle invoicing, service job cards and service invoicing, parts stock, accounting and marketing all in one system. Only having to look at one system makes life so much easier. Cons: Updates are free which is great, but when things aren't thoroughly checked before going live and we have issues is very frustrating! We've been updating our testing and release processes for 2023, which we hope will reduce the annoying issues that occur from time to time when updates are set out !
