  • Pros

  • Highly recommend this product. Very good customer support and fantastic value for the price.
  • I like this software because it's super powerful and flexible yet it's user friendly and you can customize reports. Basically it has all the features that you need.
  • I like that everything is integrated and the reports are updated in real time and the dashboard indicators have been a great help in decision making.
  • Cons

  • I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.
  • They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.
  • The sales team was very misleading and they tricked us when we purchased the software. We presented our former software and their response was always "Netsuite can do that.

  • Stitch Labs has saved us some major headaches in the realm of inventory management. We are glad to have it and recommend it to anyone looking to integrate multiple sites for your inventory.
  • Stitch Labs made it super easy by not only providing a wonderful site that ingrates all the other sites I use but by listening to requests and giving top notch customer service.
  • Stitch is amazing and so are the people behind it. The GUI is friendly, straightforward and easy to navigate, and it's been so helpful in terms of keeping my orders and inventory straight.
  • Cons

  • The inventory CSV process is a little cumbersome, and very small mistakes on it can have devastating results if no backup is kept.
  • Problem after problem, connection issues, import issues, and hell to get support! one of our issues was importing our large order history - we thought this was crucial for reporting.
  • Integration sucks with XERO. Invoices are constantly missing and we need to double check to make sure invoices get transferred.
